Coconut Chutney | Nariyal Chutney is a famous chutney from Mangalore, Karnataka. This is a delicious chutney that goes well with idli, dosa, vada and many more dishes. This has a distinct flavour because of onion and coriander leaves. This is quick and easy to prepare using fewer readily available ingredients. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Use fresh coconut to get a nice flavour of chutney.
- Adding coriander leaves is completely optional but it gives a nice flavour.
- First of all, grind the ingredients without adding water so that coconut pieces ground nicely then only add water.
- Keep the chutney thick, do not add more water while grinding.
