My Grandmom has been a super great cook, my mom has been a great cook & the genes have now been passed on in me. Hi, this is Lekha Toraskar from Mumbai. Cooking is my passion - especially crazy experimentation with different techniques and exotic/ common ingredients. My humble effort has always been exploring flavors, creating innovative culinary ideas & committing to simplicity.
