Aloo Paratha Pizza

Ingredients

Boiled potato - 2 medium sized
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Grated paneer - 2 tablespoons
Malai - 2 tablespoons
Coriander leaves - a sprig
Salt - per taste
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Finely chopped green chillies - 1
Finely chopped onion, ginger and garlic - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Jeera - a pinch
Hing - a pinch
Chopped pieces of capsicum, onion and tomatoes - 1 cup
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt , jeera, hing, turmeric powder and knead into a smooth dough.
In a bowl , add peeled potatoes , chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder, red chili powder. Mash well and keep aside.
Take the dough and roll out a single chapati, it should be a bit thicker.
Heat a tava and slightly cook the paratha adding oil so that it changes color.
Top the chapati with mashed potatoes mixture. Add in some paneer and lastly add malai. On top keep the vegetable roundels and sprinkle some salt if you wish.
Cook in oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until the veggies change color.
Serve with any sauce. Yummy aloo paratha pizza is ready.
