Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- You can either use fine or thick suji.
- Put the fruit salt in the mixture at the last or just before steaming.
- You can use sugar for taste and if the rice grains are thick, you can mash it for using.
- The dhokla should be demoulded only after it cools down completely.
