Ingredients

  • Bread side parts - 2 cup
  • Curd - 1 bowl
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt - 1 teaspoon
  • White salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Sonth (Dry Ginger) - 2 tablespoons
  • Pomegranate for garnishing - 1 cup
  • Zero number sev for garnishing - 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Deep fry the bread side parts and put on the napkin for absorbing excess oil.
  2. After that take plate put fried bread. Add add curd, black salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, white salt. Put green chutney and sonth on bread chaat.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate and zero number sev.
  4. Delicious Bread chaat is ready to be served.
