Carrot Cutlets a yummy breakfast/snack option for kids and family.

Carrot Cutlets is not only tasty but healthy too. This requires very simple ingredients like carrot, curd and bread crumbs which are easily available at home. It tastes delicious with green chutney or tomato sauce and also helps us in ensuring the health needs of our family gets fulfilled. So, try to make these cutlets at home and let us know how liked it.

  • These cutlets can be baked instead of shallow fried.

Ingredients

  • Grated gajar/carrot - 1 bowl/2 cups
  • Bread crumbs - 1 bowl/2 cups
  • Fresh dahi/curd - 2 Tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
  • Chopped hari mirch/green chili - to taste
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon to taste
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, make balls out of them and flatten them into cutlet shapes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides on a low flame. You can fry 2-4 cutlets at a time depending, on the size of the pan.
  4. You can dip the cutlets in tomato sauce or green chutney and then bake them in an OTG for 10-15 minutes after shallow frying them.
  5. Yummy 'Carrot Cutlets' are ready to be enjoyed with green chutney.
