Cheese Burst Pizza | Roti Pizza is an ideal pizza recipe. You can prepare it on tawa or pan without an oven. The recipe is easy and simple and can be prepared within minutes with the choice of toppings. Roti pizza is one such fusion recipe that you can prepare at your home yet holds the same restaurant-style pizza flavor and taste. It is a healthy dish as it uses roti as a pizza base. Ingredients

  • Fluffy roti - 1
  • Clarified butter / Ghee - 1 Teaspoon + For greasing
  • Mozzarella cheese - As required (grated)
  • Processed cheese - As required (grated)
  • Mixed herbs - As required
  • Red chilli flakes - As required
  • Tomato ketchup - As required
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1/2 Finely chopped
  • Tricolor bell pepper / Capsicum - 1/4 Cup
  • Sweet corn - 2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Pizza cheese - As required

Instructions

  1. Carefully open roti's upper fluffy thin part. Apply ghee on the roti.
  2. Now spread mozzarella cheese and processed cheese on the inside part of the roti. Sprinkle mixed herbs and red chilli flakes on it. Now cover it with roti's thin part. Press it.
  3. Now spread tomato ketchup on it. Then add onion, tricolor bell pepper, and sweet corn. Sprinkle salt, mixed herbs and red chilli flakes on it.
  4. Then spread pizza cheese on it. Sprinkle mixed herbs and red chilli flakes on it.
  5. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with ghee. Place prepared pizza in the pan.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook it for 7 to 8 minutes on low flame.
  7. Once done, transfer it to the serving plate and cut it with a pizza cutter to make slices.
  8. 'Cheese Burst Pizza | Roti Pizza' is ready to be served.
