Cheesy Bread Disk is a lip-smacking snack for all, especially kids.

Cheesy Bread Disk is a quick and easy snack and breakfast. This uses bread, some veggies and cheese. I made today’s breakfast with an innovative bread recipe. I feel very happy because my cheesy disk was loved by everyone. This is also a good option for a snack or an appetizer. Anything made out of bread always comes out good. Agree? Try out this recipe of crispy and crunchy dish for snacks today, it will be a definite hit !!

Ingredients

  • Bread Slices : 4-6
  • Chopped Tomato : ½ bowl
  • Chopped Onion : ½ bowl
  • Chopped tri color Capsicum : 1 bowl (finely chopped)
  • Crumbled Paneer : 2 tablespoon
  • Grated Cheese : 4 tablespoon
  • Tomato Sauce, Pizza Sauce (to be spread on base as per taste)
  • Chopped Coriander leaves : 1 tablespoon
  • Spices as per taste : Black Pepper, Red chilli Flakes, Chat masala powder, Mixed herbs
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Cut bread slices into round shape with a round cookie cutter. Using a small round cutter do a cut out of a bread ring (using the round big and small cutter like concentric circles )
  2. In a bowl mix all the chopped vegetables, tomato sauce, crumbled paneer, cheese (3 tablespoon), coriander leaves and spices.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on the round bread slice and then put the small ring bread on the round bread slice.
  4. Put the vegetable mixture inside the ring.
  5. Spread the remaining grated cheese and chilli flakes over it. Do the same thing to the other bread slice.
  6. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and bake the bread slices for 10 minutes.
  7. Crispy and crunchy and super tasty cheesy bread disk is ready.
