Cheesy Garlic Bread – Tasty Appetizer

Ingredients

All purpose flour/ maida - 1 cup plus 3 teaspoon for dusting
mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
Butter/ makkhan - 1/4 cup for making garlic butter mixture plus 1 teaspoon for dough
Pinch of salt/ namak
Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar/ cheeni - 1 teaspoon
Olive oil/ jaitoon ka tel - 2 tablespoons
Chili flakes - 2 teaspoon
Onions/ pyaz and capsicum/ shimla mirch mixed together chopped - 1/4 each
Oregano - 3/4 teaspoon for dough and 1 teaspoon for sprinkling on bread
Warm water/ pani - 1/4 cup
Garlic/ lehsun - 6 cloves (3 for dough and 3 for garlic butter mix)
Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Take a bowl, add warm water, sugar and dry yeast. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Add salt, garlic, activated yeast, oregano, butter, maida and make a soft dough. Coat the dough with oil and rest for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, press the dough and make it flat shaped by dusting some maida over it for making garlic bread. Add butter and garlic in a bowl and mix well. Pour this on the above dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, oregano, chili flakes, chopped onions and capsicum on top of the dough.
Fold the dough while sealing the edges.
Pour the butter garlic mix over this side also. Sprinkle chili flakes, herbs and mixed veggies.
Make marks on the bread with knife without cutting it.
Bake the bread in preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 25 minutes.
Check and transfer the bread in serving plate. Cut the garlic bread along the marks.
'Cheesy Garlic Bread' is ready. Serve it with any dip of your choice.
