Ingredients

  • Dark compound - 1 slab

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add 1 glass water and put another bowl on it. Heat it on a low flame. This method is called double boiler.
  2. Cut the chocolate slab into small pieces. Put it in a bowl and melt it in low flame till it completely melts.
  3. When it completely melts down, turn off the flame and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Take a piping bag and fill it with melted chocolate. Tie it with a rubber band to make a chocolate cone.
  5. In a plate put a plastic sheet and make small sized chocolate chips on it.
  6. Refrigerate it for 20 minutes to set.
  7. Demould it. Keep this in air-tight container and use it for 3-4 months.
  8. 'Chocolate Chips' are ready. Note: You can use it as a garnish of ice cream, cookies, cakes, etc.
