Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:
- Squeeze out the water from the grated cucumber very nicely.
- Onions are optional but it enhances the taste.
- The sandwich can be also prepared in a griller.
- When roasting the sandwich on the pan, keep pressing it a little with the spatula. This will make sure that the filling is also cooked nicely.
