Tips and Suggestions by the Chef:-
- If you do not have green chillies, you can use dry red chillies. This will not only give a nice taste but also colour to the chutney.
- For a nice flavour, use coconut water if you have it.
- You can do variations by adding either ginger or mint leaves to the chutney.
- Tadka is most important for the chutney. Prepare the tadka using ghee/clarified butter to get nice flavour and taste.
