Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Cut the big-sized boiled potato into 2 or 4 parts.
- Turn off the flame before adding curd to the pan otherwise, curd will curdle.
- Keep stirring continuously after adding curd mixture till it starts to boil otherwise, curd will curdle.
- Curd should be added to the sabji to make it flavorful.
