This cake is moist and delicious and serves as a healthy tea time snacks. Use of grated carrots, walnuts , oil instead of butter and whole wheat flour in place of all purpose flour (Maida) make the cake all the more healthier . The recipe is simple and easy to follow.
I have used flax seeds powder as a substitute for eggs in this recipe .

Flaxseed powder is 2 tbsp or 3 tbsp ?

1 tablespoon flax seed powder dissolved in 2 tablespoon of warm water substitutes 1 egg. So here for 3 eggs we will be using 3 tablespoon flax seed powder in 6 tablespoon of warm water.
