Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Flour - 1 and 1/2 Cup
  • Fresh Curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 3/4 Cup
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Cocoa powder - 2 Tablespoon
  • Olive oil or any vegetable oil or Butter - 3 to 4 Tablespoon
  • Baking powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Baking soda - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Choco chips - 2 Tablespoon
  • Powdered Sugar - as required for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Philips airfryer at 180 degrees Celcius for 5 Minutes.
  2. Sieve the whole wheat flour for 2 to 3 times.
  3. Take a bowl, add whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, salt. Mix well.
  4. Add curd to it. Mix well. Then add milk to it little by little. Make a semi thick batter.
  5. Add baking powder and baking soda to the batter. Mix well.
  6. Grease a baking pan with oil.
  7. Pour the batter into the baking pan. Add oil to the batter. Mix well.
  8. Stir the batter with a toothpick. It will help to remove the air bubbles and prevent the cake top from breaking.
  9. Sprinkle choco chips on the top of batter.
  10. Put the pan in the Philips airfryer. Set the temperature to 180 degrees Celcius and the time is 15 minutes.
  11. Once done, insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean the cake is ready. Take it out, let the pan cool a bit.
  12. De-mould the cake. Dust the powdered sugar on the cake using a sieve.
  13. Yummy 'Eggless Whole Wheat Chocolate Cake' is ready to be served.
