Ginger Lemon Pickle is a mouthwatering pickle for everyone. 

Ginger Lemon Pickle is a delicious and very healthy pickle. This uses fewer ingredients which are ginger, lemon, carom seeds and seasoning. It is nutritious pickle which aids digestions and relieves sore throat. Moreover, this is quick and easy to prepare without any hassle. This pickle will also help to boosts immunity. You can have this pickle with your daily meals in small quantity. So, try to make it at home and be healthy.

This pickle was prepared by a lovely mom – Shveta Sheth. 

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-

  • You can grate or chop the ginger as per your choice.
  • You can have it with your meals or with buttermilk.
  • Adjust the spiciness according to your taste. Add less or more red chilli powder.
  • Keep the pickle in an airtight container.
  • Store this pickle in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • Grated Ginger - 1 Cup
  • Carom Seeds/Ajwain - 1/2 to 1 Teaspoon
  • Black Salt - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Red Chilli Powder - as per taste
  • Lemon juice - juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add grated ginger, carom seeds, black salt, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder. Mix well.
  2. Keep the pickle in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
  3. Instant 'Ginger Lemon Pickle' is ready to eat.
