Grilled Corn Sandwich – Healthy Bite

“Grilled Corn Sandwiches” are the best option to have a quick and healthy breakfast. The color, crunch and flavour of the sandwich is awesome that no one can resist to take a bite of it. It can be served in lunch boxes and evening snacks too.

Ingredients

  • Boiled sweet corns - 100 gms
  • Chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicums, cabbage - 1 bowl
  • SPICES - Red chilli powder, chat masala, coriander powder, cumin powder - each 1/2 tablespoon
  • Bread - 8 slices
  • Mayonnaise sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves - less than 1/4th cup
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take all the above listed ingredients in a large bowl and mix well (boiled sweet corns, salt, spices, mayonnaise, chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicums, coriander leaves and cabbage). Sandwich mix is ready.
  2. Remove the sides of the breads. Take a bread and spread the sandwich mix over it and put another slice of bread on it.
  3. Grilled the sandwich in the sandwich maker. Transfer them to the serving plate once are done.
  4. Yummy and healthy "Grilled Corns Sandwiches" are ready to serve with chutney or ketchup.
