Healthy Wheat Momos are a healthy and tasty snack for all.

Healthy Wheat Momos is a delicious snack. Normally momos are made of maida. In this recipe, wheat flour is used which is full of fibre and protein. Also, raw vegetables used which is full of vitamins and minerals. It is very healthy and tastes good for health.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 1 Cup
  • Chopped cabbage - 1/2 Cup
  • Grated carrot - 1/2 Cup
  • Grated radish - 1/2 Cup
  • Chopped Onion - 1
  • Chopped garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
  • Chopped green chilli - 2 to 3
  • Garam masala powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Chili Flakes - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1/2 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Ek bowl mey flour ,oil aur salt daal Kar paani daale aur soft atta guthe. Reddish ko hatheli se nichod Kar paani nikal le. Ek bowl mey baki ke sabhi ingredients ko daal aur mix kare. Ab atte ki choti choti Puri banaye aur vegetables ki stuffing daal kar Momos ko pack kare. Ab steamer mey paani garam kare aur bartan mey oil laga Kar Mommos ko rakhe aur steam mey pakaye. Garma garam Momos ko sarve kare.
  2. Take a bowl, add flour, salt. Mix and make a soft dough using water.
  3. Squeeze out water from the radish. Take a bowl and add radish remaining ingredients except for oil and mix well.
  4. Take a small portion of the dough and make small puri. Pu vegetable stuffing in it and seal it properly. Make all momos.
  5. Meanwhile, take a steamer and boil water. Grease the momos with oil. Place all momos in a steamer and steam for 10 - 15 minutes.
  6. Yummy 'Healthy Wheat Momos' is ready to be served. Serve hot.
