Herb Paneer Open Sandwich is a delicious snack and breakfast for everyone. 

Herb Paneer Open Sandwich is a quick, easy and very healthy sandwich. It uses paneer, some veggies and cheese along with dried herbs to give a nice flavour. This is a type of open sandwich recipes. You can easily prepare this sandwich for breakfast or tiffin snack for kids. This is so colourful that no one can resist to eat it. Kids will also love this type of sandwich. Moreover, this requires a few ingredients which are easily available ingredients. So, try to make this sandwich at home and enjoy with your family and friends. Do share your feedback as well.

Ingredients

  • Brown Bread - 2 slice
  • Paneer/Cottage Cheese - 1/4 Cup finely chopped
  • Boiled Corn - 2 to 3 Tablespoon
  • Tri colour Capsicum - 2 to 3 Tablespoon finely chopped
  • Onion - 1 to 2 Teaspoon
  • Cheese Spread - 1 to 2 Tablespoon
  • Grated Cheese - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Red Chilli Flakes - as per taste
  • Mixed Herbs - as per taste
  • Black pepper powder - as per taste
  • Butter - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add chopped paneer, boiled corn, tricolour capsicum, onion, cheese spread, salt, red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, black pepper powder. Mix well.
  2. Take a brown bread slice and put 2 to 3 teaspoons of the mixture on it. Top it with grated cheese.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a tawa or a pan. Grease it with butter.
  4. Put the sandwich on hot tawa. Cover and cook it on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Once the cheese gets melted, take them out on a serving plate.
  5. Delicious 'Herb Paneer Open Sandwich' is ready to be served.
