- Dry roasted besan is always a nice option for binding.
- Sprouts should be slightly sautéed before using it.
- The sprouts should not be burned while roasting them.
- The roasted sprouts should be cooled down completely before grinding them, else they will release the water.
- Use roasted besan for a nice aroma and taste.
- You can prepare falafel in the desired size.
- Put the fried falafel on the tawa to release excess oil.
- The ratio of mayonnaise to hung curd should be 1:2 and mix them well.
- Don’t add salt to the dip otherwise it will release the water.
