Ingredients

  • Boiled mashed potatoes- 1 bowl
  • Grated Cabbage-1 bowl
  • Crushed Peas- ½ bowl
  • Grated Paneer-1/4 bowl
  • Blanched Spinach Puree
  • Chopped Green Chili and Ginger-2 tbsp
  • Grated Capsicum-1/2 bowl
  • Vegetable Oil for deep fry
  • For Binding- Besan-2tbsp Bread Crumps-2 tbsp
  • For Spices- Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Roasted Cumin Seed Powder, Chaat Masala and Garam Masala as per your taste
  • For Garnishing- Cashew Nuts-8-10

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients mentioned above and make round shaped cutlets out of them. Now put cashew nut in the centre and press it.
  2. Put pan on the gas.Add oil and heat it.
  3. Deep fry the cutlets from both sides on medium flame. You can fry 2-4 cutlets at a time depending on the pan size.
  4. Yummy Hara Bhara Kababs are ready to be eaten with green chutney. Enjoy!!
