Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- After baking keep the cookies on the cooling rack on some height to avoid moisture
- Make sure to sieve the dry ingredients.
- If you are using salted butter then add 1 teaspoon of salt otherwise 1(1/2) or 2 teaspoons of salt or as required according to the taste.
- Adjust the sweetness as per the requirement.
- Do not make the dough of the mixture, just mix to a crumble texture.
- Pour milk little by little, to have a perfect texture.
- Use butter paper for a smooth even texture.
- You can prepare thin or thick cookies as per your choice.
- If you do not have a cutter then you can even use a bowl or glass or cup.
- Use butter or ghee or oil for greasing as per your choice.
- Reassemble the remaining dough and use it again.
