Kache Aam Ka Achar | Instant Mango Pickle is a delicious pickle for everyone.

Kache Aam Ka Achar | Instant Mango Pickle is a mouthwatering pickle. This is a type of instant pickle and it does not require any type of cooking. This is tangy, spicy pickle goes well with any meal. You can make and store the pickle for a longer time. Moreover, this is super easy and quick to prepare with only fewer ingredients. This is a healthy pickle ad it helps in digestion as well. Everyone will love this pickle at home. So, try to make this pickle and enjoy with your family and friends.

Ingredients

  • Kacha aam/ Raw mango - 250 grams
  • Adrak/ Ginger - 25 Gram
  • Hari mirch/ Green chilli - 25 grams, chopped
  • Namak/ Salt - 25 grams
  • Haldi powder/ Turmeric powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Lal mirch powder/ Red chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Saunf powder/ Fennel seeds powder - 2 Teaspoon
  • Rai powder/ Mustard seeds powder - 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Danamethi powder/ Fenugreek seeds powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Kalonji/ Onion seeds/ Nigella seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Mustard oil/ Sarson ka tel - as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the mango. Then peel and chop the mango into long, thin pieces. In the same way, cut the ginger.
  2. In a bowl, add and mix well chopped mango, ginger, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, fennel seed powder, mustard seed powder, fenugreek seed powder, and kalonji/onion seeds.
  3. Then add mustard oil and mix well. Fill the pickle in a sterilized glass bottle and keep it in the refrigerator. The pickle will be ready to eat after 2 days
  4. Delicious 'Kache Aam Ka Achar | Instant Mango Pickle' is ready to be served.
