Ingredients

  • Paneer: 250gm
  • Onion-1piece
  • Tomato-3 piece
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • Milk-1 cup
  • Fulmakhane (Fox Nuts)- 1cup
  • Raisins (kishmish)-1/2 cup
  • Spices- Salt-1/2 tsp, turmeric powder-1/2 tsp, cumin seeds-1/2 tsp, red chili powder-1/2 tsp, garam masala-1/2 tsp and cinnamon- 1 small piece.
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Chop onion and tomato then grind it in mixi to make paste.
  2. Put pan on the gas then add oil and heat it. Add cummin seeds and saute it.Add ginger garlic paste and cook it.
  3. Now add onion tomato paste and cook it. Add cinnamon and cook it. Add milk and mix well. Add salt, red chili powder. tumeric powder and garam masala.Mix well and cook it
  4. Add one glass water and cook it well
  5. Add cut pieces of paneer and small quantity of grated paneer then mix it propery.
  6. Now add fulmakhane and raisins and cook it. Shahi Paneer without cream is ready to be served with chapati or paratha.
