Leftover laddu paratha is an interesting yummy way to use the left over laddus.

Leftover laddu paratha is crunchy, healthy and a super tempting dish. Leftover laddu paratha is made by filling a mix of left over laddus and nuts in the paratha making it irresistible. So the next time you have left over laddus at home, you know which dish to make.. 😉

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour/ gehun ka atta - 2 cups
  • Chopped dry nuts (almond, cashewnuts, pistas) - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom/ elaichi powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Leftover bundi laddu - 2-4 pieces
  • Ghee - 4 tablespoons
  • Salt/namak - a pinch

Instructions

  1. Mix all chopped dry nuts, cardamom powder and bundi laddu in a large bowl.
  2. Make a dough from wheat flour, salt and 1 tablespoon of ghee.
  3. Prepare circular balls from the dough and roll it in a circle.
  4. Put the dry nut laddu mixture in the centre and close it from all the sides.
  5. Roll it into a circle like a paratha.
  6. Heat tava and cook the paratha from both the sides by applying some ghee to it.
  7. Once done, transfer it to a serving plate.
  8. Healthy and delicious leftover laddu paratha is ready to be served hot with curd.
