- FOR PREPARING JOWAR THEPLA :
- The ratio of jowar ka aata to water should be 1:1.
- You can add jowar ka aata to adjust the consistency of the dough.
- You can use ghee as well to roast thepla instead of oil.
- FOR PREPARING MUTHIYA :
- You can use gehu ka aata, bajre ka aata, or multigrain aata as well to prepare the muthiya.
- If you want, you can steam the muthiya.
- FOR PREPARING MUTHIYA MATAR NU SHAAK :
- Red chilli powder should be added first to make a nice red color sabji.
- Add mashed muthiya powder for batter texture and taste.
