Ingredients

  • Macroni - 100g
  • Macroni masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - 1 cup
  • Capsicum - 1 cup
  • Tomato - 1 cup
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Refined oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds - 1 pinch
  • Water - To boil

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pan and add oil and salt into it. Add the macaroni and boil till it's cooked.
  2. In another pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds and green chilli.
  3. Add the onions and fry till it turns golden brown. Then add the tomatoes and capsicum and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, add the masala and all types of sauces and mix well.
  5. Add the macaroni and cook till its coated well with the masala.
  6. Macaroni masala is ready to be served.
