														Ingredients
- Peanuts - 4 tablespoon 
- Cashewnuts - 4 tablespoon 
- Makhane (fox nuts) - 1 cup (dry rosted) 
- Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon 
- Curry leaves - 4-5
- Chana dal - 1 tablespoon 
- Mustard seeds -1/2 teaspoon
- oil as required 
- Chat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon 
- Green chilli chopped - 2
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and asafoetida.
- Add green chilli, curry leaves, chana dal and fry them till it becomes golden in colour.
- Add peanuts and cashewnuts and fry them till it becomes golden in colour.
- Add makhane and mix well.
- Add chat masala, cumin powder and salt. Mix and toss and switch off the flame.
