Methi Matar Malai – Easy Recipe is aromatic and flavourful curry. The fenugreek leaves, green peas cooked in onion-tomato-cashew nuts based gravy. This is very simple and easy to make. This goes well with chapati or paratha. You can serve this yummy curry with plain rice too. This is a healthy curry as I did not use the malai (heavy cream). The cashew nuts give the rich taste and sweetness to the dish. So, try to make this dish at home and enjoy!!
Tips and Suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- Add salt to the chopped fenugreek leaves and keep aside for 2 to 3 minutes. This process will remove the bitterness of fenugreek leaves.
- You can add malai (heavy cream) to it if you want.
