Oats Laddoo is a yummy and healthy laddoo. It uses oats, coconut, dry fruits and jaggery, flavoured with cardamom powder. This is a healthy snack as well as dessert for all. This laddoo is a good source of protein, fibre, iron. If you are looking for a weight loss snack then this is the perfect option. This is a 5 minutes easy recipe to make. So, try this recipe at home. Kids and all family members will love these laddoos.

Ingredients

  • Oats - 1 Cup
  • Grated Jaggery - 1 Cup
  • Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
  • Roasted peanuts - 1/2 Cup
  • Almonds - 5 to 7
  • Cashew - 5 to 7
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan. Dry roast oats for 2 to 3 minutes on a high flame. Keep stirring continuously. Once done take out in a bowl.
  2. Dry roast desiccated coconut, almonds and cashew for a minute. Once done take it out in the oats bowl.
  3. Add cardamom powder, mix well.
  4. Take a grinder jar. Add oats mixture and grated jaggery. Grind it. Once done, take out in a bowl.
  5. Mix well and make small laddoo out of it.
  6. Yummy 'Oats Laddoo' is ready to be served.
