Overnight Oats | Overnight Oatmeal is a delicious and very healthy meal for everyone.

Overnight Oats | Overnight Oatmeal is super easy to prepare without any cooking. This has lots of fruits with the goodness of oats. This is nutritious and filling breakfast option for everyone including kids. It is so colourful that no one will refuse to eat this. This is packed with nutrition which makes it an ideal breakfast option. Moreover, this does not require any type of cooking, anyone can prepare this breakfast. So, try to make this quick and easy meal and let us know your feedback.

  • If the weather is cold then keep the oats overnight outside. Else, keep it in the refrigerator.
  • You can use fruits and dry nuts of your choice to make this dish.
  • Adjust the sweetness according to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Oats (rolled oats) - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • Jaggery powder - 2 Teaspoon or as per taste
  • Corn Flakes - 1 Tablespoon
  • Sliced Banana - as required
  • Sliced Kiwi - as required
  • Diced Papaya - as required
  • Pomegranate Seeds - as required
  • Dry Nuts (sliced almonds and black raisins) - as required
  • Chocolate stick - 1 for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a coffee mug or any big cup.
  2. Add oats, milk and jaggery. Mix well. Keep it overnight outside or inside the refrigerator depending on the weather.
  3. In the morning top it layer of fruits.
  4. First add corn flakes, then sliced banana, sliced kiwi, diced papaya and pomegranate seeds. Top it with sliced almond and black raisins. Garnish it with chocolate stick.
  5. Delicious 'Overnight Oats | Overnight Oatmeal' is ready to be served.
