Mother’s Day Special Dish – Paneer Paratha in just 10 minutes!!

Time to surprise the most important person in our lives, the person who has given everything for us, never said no to any of our wishes, spent late nights with us and basically the rock pillar of our lives who has always been there in spite of our tantrums, anger, outbursts or anything. Love you Mom, if not for you, we wouldn’t be who we are today!!!

Paneer Paratha is a wholesome and delicious dish and is very easy to make and will be relished by all. Do try this variation and impress your mother once.

Ingredients

  • Paneer - 250 gm
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Green Chili - 1 piece
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • FOR ATTA: Whole Wheat Flour : 1 bowl
  • Spices: Salt, Red Chili Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala ( As per taste)
  • Ghee - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - As required for dough

Instructions

  1. Finely chop onions , coriander and green chili.
  2. Grate paneer and little piece of ginger.
  3. Mix all these in a bowl together. Add salt, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder and garam masala as per taste.
  4. Take whole wheat flour, add salt and ghee in it. Now knead soft dough from it.
  5. Now make medium sized balls from it, roll it and dust it with some flour on the rolling board.
  6. Roll it now a little, add ghee and stuffing in between and now bring all the edges together of the dough and press them to the center. Now flatten it lightly with the palm of your hands.
  7. Now roll the paratha lightly from all sides and the center as well making it in round shape or circle of 4-5 inch diameter.
  8. Heat a non stick pan and place the paratha on it. Now let it cook ,spread ghee on the upper side and when it is half cooked, flip the side . Now spread ghee on the other side.
  9. Now let it cook from both the sides and your delicious PANEER PARATHA is ready to be served hot with green chuntey and pickle. Enjoy!
