Paprika Potato | Paprika Aloo is a lip-smacking snack for everyone. 

Paprika Potato | Paprika Aloo is a spicy, buttery snack. This is a quick and easy snack recipe using potato or aloo. This can be a good appetizer or a party snack or evening tea-time snack. It gets ready within 5 minutes if you have boiled potato ready. This has an amazing taste of garlic and butter. Everyone will love this spicy and tangy dish. Ingredients

  • Boiled potato - 3 big sized, diced
  • Ginger - 1/2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  • Chopped Garlic - 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Green Chilli - 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  • Fresh red chilli - 1 Teaspoon finely chopped
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 Teaspoon + as required for garnishing
  • Peri peri powder/Paprika powder - to taste
  • Unsalted butter - 1 & 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - to taste
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon + as required for garnishing
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chopped Spring Onion - as required, for garnishing
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves - as required, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan on a low flame.
  2. Add finely chopped green chilli, red chilli, ginger, garlic, paprika powder/peri peri powder, and red chilli flakes. Sauté for a few seconds.
  3. The add diced boiled potato and toss well. Cook for a few seconds more.
  4. The add lemon juice and chaat masala, salt. Mix well and turn off the flame.
  5. Garnish the dish with chaat masala, red chilli flakes, chopped spring onion, and coriander leaves.
  6. Delicious 'Paprika Potato | Paprika Aloo' is ready to be served.
