Today I am going to share a very simple but useful recipe “Pav Bhaji dosa”. I had some leftover Pav Bhaji from last night’s dinner, so my husband suggested making dosas out of that and they turned out awesome. I have never tried them before but will definitely make them again for sure!

Ingredients

  • Pav Bhaji (leftover) - 1 bowl
  • Dosa batter - 1/2 packet (ready mix dosa batter of MTR/Gitz)
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick dosa pan on medium flame.
  2. Pour few drops of oil to it and spread the ready mix dosa batter to it properly.
  3. Sprinkle some oil on the top and sides of the dosa. Cook this for a minute and let the base of the dosa turn golden brown.
  4. Apply some pav bhaji on the dosa and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Fold the dosa from both sides and flip it slowly on the tawa. Cook the other side of the dosa for half a minute.
  6. Place the dosa to a serving plate. Likewise, make all dosas.
  7. Serve your Pav Bhaji dosa with tomato ketchup or chutney.

Good food creates good memories and can win many hearts. Though basic cooking started in my Mumbai days, but being in Germany for few years, I started missing all Indian food especially street food. This has made me trying new and new dishes at home and even during the lockdown period in india, it has proved to be the need of the hour!!
