Ingredients

  • Potato - 2, medium sized (boiled and mashed)
  • Cheese - 25 Gram (grated)
  • Corn flour - 2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Bread - 1 slices
  • Oil - 1 Cup (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add mashed potato, salt, corn flour, cheese and mix it well.
  2. Cut the edges of the bread. Crumb the bread and mix it well with potato mix.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 5 to 15 Minutes. You can use the mixture after 5 minutes.
  4. Take a plastic sheet, grease it with oil. Make a ball from the mixture and put it on the plastic sheet. Roll it with the help of rolling pin. It should be thick enough.
  5. Take a round shape cookie cutter or any round bottle cap. Cut the rolled dough into round shape.
  6. Make eyes with the help of straw and smile with the help of spoon and toothpick.
  7. Take a pan, add oil. Fry all the potatoes smiley till it golden brown and Crispy on a medium flame. When done put it on a tissue paper to soak excess oil.
  8. Yummy 'Potato Cheesy Smiley' is ready to be served.
