Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Use fine semolina to make dosa.
- Make a very thin batter of the dosa. The ratio of semolina and water should be 1:2.
- Stir the batter well for making each dosa.
- You can rest the batter for 10 minutes as well as make it instantly.
