Ingredients

Brown Bread - 2 slice
Chopped Onion - 2 Tablespoon
Chopped Tomato - 2 Tablespoon
Cream/malai - 2 to 3 Tablespoon
Black salt - as per taste
Chaat masala or Black pepper - as per taste
Ghee/Clarified butter - as required for roasting

Instructions

Take malai in a bowl, add chopped tomato and onions. Add salt black pepper or chaat masala. Mix well. (You can use any veggies of your choice)
Now, take a bread slice and spread ghee on one side.
Spread the malai-tomato-onion mix on another side.
Meanwhile, heat a pan.
Place the bread slice in the pan, cover and cook it on a low-medium flame.
Cook until the malai gets thicken and veggies settle down.
Once done take it out and cut into two.
Yummy 'Rock Toast' is ready to be served.
