Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- To prepare the dough, add ghee should be added. Then, a stiff dough should be kneaded.
- Resting of the dough is very important so, and the dough should be rested for at least 10 minutes.
- The samosa should be kept in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes. This will make the samosa crispier.
- The samosa should be fried on a low-medium flame until it is golden brown.
