Tips and suggestions by mom Chef:
- Check the moyan by binding the flour. If it binds, the moyan is perfect. Else, add more ghee.
- Don’t stir the shakar pare for 2 to 3 minutes after adding them into the hot oil otherwise they may break.
- You can store the shakar pare in an airtight container.
