Stuffed Potato Sticks

Ingredients

Boiled potato - 2
Jeera/cumin - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Red chilli powder - as per taste
Hing/Asafoetida - a pinch
Wheat flour dough - as required for 4 rolls
Oil - for deep frying

Instructions

Peel the potatoes and put it in a bowl. Add all dry ingredients to it.
Mash properly. The mixture should be homogeneous.
Divide the wheat flour dough into equal balls and keep aside. Roll out the chapati
Cut it into rectangular shapes. Spread the potato mixture on it.
Seal it properly to make a long cylinder shape roll.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the rolls until crisp on a medium flame. When done transfer to the kitchen towel or tissue paper.
Yummy 'Stuffed Potato Sticks' is ready to be served. Serve with sauce.
