Ingredients

  • 250 gms Soya chap and paneer cut in cubes
  • 4 tablespoon besan
  • ¼ tsp ajwain
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • ½ tsp kashmiri Mirchi
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 shimla mirchi cut in cubes
  • 1 onions cut in cubes
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Chat masala for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Firstly Blanch soya chap for 15 min. In water, now mix all marination ingredients except chat masala and oil.
  2. Then marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature, if you plan to keep it for longer time, then refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours or overnight in fridge.
  3. Now heat 3 tablespoon oil in a thick bottomed tawa/griddle or a frying pan.
  4. When the oil becomes hot, place a small paneer pieces, shimla mirchi and onions. Shallow fry it and arrange all in toothpick.
  5. Sprinkle Chaat masala on Soya Chap Paneer Tikka before serving. Enjoy!
