Tawa Chilli Paneer Burger is a delicious snack for all, especially kids.

Tawa Chilli Paneer Burger is a very easy and quick recipe. Burger recipe can be prepared using minimum and easily available ingredients. You really don’t need all of the pre-made options. It can be served as an evening snack or lunch or dinner. Chilli Paneer Burger recipe is the Indian version of a burger. Burger with paneer, cheese, and sauces seems like really satisfying. It is so delicious in taste that anyone can like it. In fact, you can include veggies as per your taste. You cannot stop eating when you have a tray full of these burger staring at you. So, try to make this burger at home and enjoy it with family and friends. Ingredients

  • Butter salted/unsalted (at room temperature) - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilli/Hari Mirch - 1, finely chopped (as required)
  • Onion/Pyaz - 1, slit (1 cup)
  • Capsicum/Shimla Mirch (green colour) - slit (1 cup)
  • Tomato/Tamatar - 1, finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Cheese slices - 2
  • Paneer/cottage cheese - 1 cup, finely chopped
  • Pepper powder - a pinch
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lettuce - shredded (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add green chili and onion and sauté it well.
  3. Add capsicum. Keep the flame between medium to high to keep it crunchy but do not overcook.
  4. Add tomato and salt. Now, turn the flame to low.
  5. Meanwhile, spread butter on the burger bun and place a cheese slice on it.
  6. Now, add paneer to the pan.
  7. Add black pepper powder, tomato ketchup, and red chili sauce and mix them well.
  8. Now cover the lid and allow it to cook it for 30 to 40 seconds.
  9. Add filling in the burger and add lettuce over the filling. Cover the burger bun.
  10. Heat a pan and grease it with butter.
  11. Place the burger on the pan. Keep the flame low to make the burger crispier.
  12. Once it cooks on the bottom side, flip it over.
  13. Once done, transfer it to a serving plate.
  14. Delicious 'Tawa Chilli Paneer Burger' is ready to be served.
