- Preserve the thandai paste in the refrigerator for 7 to 8 days.
- To preserve the thandai paste for 2 to 3 months, take half cup sugar and one cup of water. After the sugar dissolves in the water, put the thandai paste. Cook this mixture for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame. After the mixture cools down, store in a glass jar.
