Matar Ke Chille | Green Peas Pancake a quick and easy breakfast. 

Matar Ke Chille | Green Peas Pancake is a delicious and very healthy dish. This has green peas, some spices, gram flour, little semolina that makes it very healthy. Moreover, this is quick and very simple to prepare. This is a perfect tiffin option for kids as well as all family members. This is a good way to feed green peas to kids. Ingredients

  • Green peas/ Hare matar - 1/2 Cup
  • Ginger - a 1 inch piece
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Coriander Leaves - a handful
  • Besan/Gram flour - 1 cup
  • Sooji/Rava/Semolina - 2 Teaspoon
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Chilli Flakes - to taste
  • Oil - as required

Instructions

  1. Grind green peas, ginger, green chilli, and coriander leaves in a grinder jar to a smooth paste.
  2. Now, in a bowl, add gram flour, semolina, chaat masala, salt, red chilli flakes, and ground paste. Add a little water to make a batter of a flowing consistency.
  3. Heat a tawa or pan. Grease it with oil.
  4. Pour the batter to make small pancakes. Cook on a low flame on both the sides. Sprinkle some oil while cooking them. Once they are cooked, take them out on a serving plate.
  5. Delicious 'Matar Ke Chille | Green Peas Pancake' is ready to be served.
