Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can use veggies as per the availability and choice.
- You can pre-prepare for the dish at night. Cook the rice at night and chop the veggies too. Keep them in the refrigerator. In the morning you have to just saute the veggies and the tiffin gets ready within minutes.
- If you want to make the rice in the morning then soak the rice previous night. The rice gets cooked faster when soaked.
- Saute the veggies on a high flame. Do not overcook them, keep them crunchy.
