- Any type of besan can be used to prepare this dish.
- Adjust the sweetness as per taste.
- If required add 1 to 2 tbsp of ghee while roasting the besan.
- Saffron soaked milk will enhance the taste and color of the mohanthal.
- If required you can add 1 tbsp of ghee to the mohanthal mixture.
- Add dry fruits for garnishing as per choice and availability.
- You can set the mohanthal for 30 minutes at room temperature or 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
- You can release the mohanthal from the deep plate by heating it slightly.
