Ingredients

  • Noodles - 1 Cup (boiled)
  • Oil - 2 Tablespoon
  • Garlic - 4 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Onion - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Tomato sauce - 1 Tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Green chilli sauce - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red chilli sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vinegar - 1/2 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add oil and heat it. Add garlic and saute. Then add onion and saute for 1 minute.
  2. Add capsicum and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add red chilli powder and mix it.
  3. Add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add salt and mix it well. Then add boiled noodles and toss it well.
  5. Cook the noodles for 5 minutes and then turn off the flame.
  6. Yummy 'Veg Chowmein' is ready to be served. Serve it with Manchurian.
