Wangyacha Bharit or baigan ka bharta is basically roasted mashed brinjal. Adding spices to it enhances the flavour to it’s smoky taste. It’s a very popular and easy to make dish. It may look messy but the end result and its taste is worth every mess and hardwok. Select big and shiny textured brinjal that is likely to have lesser seeds making it more convenient to cook.
