Ingredients

  • Mawa-250 gm
  • Pistachio (Powder)-20 pieces
  • Almonds (Powder)- 20 pieces
  • Cashewnuts (Powder) - 20 pieces
  • Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
  • Kheej of malai
  • Glucose Biscuits- 2 pack
  • Cream- 1tsp
  • Butter- 1tsp
  • Baking powder- 1 pinch
  • Baking soda- 1 pinch
  • Saunf or Fennel Seeds
  • Chocolate and Jams
  • Colour green-1 Pinch
  • Cherry
  • Crushed sugar
  • Ghee-1 tbsp
  • Tooth pick fancy

Instructions

  1. Fry grated mawa till it becomes golden. Then mix cardamom powder, crushed sugar and one tsp milk and make burfi .
  2. Divide into three parts- in one part add cherry, in second part add green colour.
  3. The third part divide into two parts, add almonds powder and cashew nuts powder in one part and in another parts add pistachio powder. In one part, make different shapes and decorate with fennel seeds , stars , chocolate, jelly and jams with toothpicks.
  4. Make tree with pistachio mixture burfi .
  5. Crush all biscuits and mix sugar.Then add cream,butter, baking powder and baking soda, mix well. Grind in mixer, add 1 bowl milk and make thick batter. Now pour the batter in muffin moulds and bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius and decorate with jams and chocos as you wish.
  6. Bake Malai Kheej and put crush mawa, cardamom powder and sugar with little milk. Sauté and make different shapes as you like and decorate it . Serve to your family and friends..ENJOY!
