Ingredients

  • 1 litre milk
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 10-15 saffron threads
  • ½ cup blanched and finely chopped almonds
  • ½ cup finely chopped cashew nuts
  • ½ tbsp raisins
  • 4 tbsp semolina soaked in some water
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp milk maid
  • ½ cup roasted and finely chopped almonds
  • ½ cup fried cottage cheese cubes

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a heavy pan and add cardamom powder and soaked saffron threads into it.
  2. Now add almonds, cashew nuts and raisins.
  3. Add semolina paste and mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add sugar and milk maid and cook in low flame for another 5 minutes.
  5. Finally add cottage cheese and remove from flame. Let it cool and then serve into earthen pots. Enjoy!
